The idea for Iris was developed in 2004 when David Morgan the founder came across difficulties in sourcing designer glasses for himself and his wife without trading on the quality.

With frustration high at having to pay outrageous prices the idea for Iris was born and the company was launched in April 2004. Based in Cheshire they set up laboratories which employ registered dispensing optician with more than 96 years experience between them to supervise all the dispensing and construction of all the glasses which are delivered directly to your door.
